The Villa is recently built and resides a few kilometers from the center of Castellammare del Golfo, the beaches of Scopello and the Zingaro reserve (one of the most beautiful and famous in the world).
The villa, on one level, has a modern style architecture well finished with light colors, its exposure from a spectacular view of the gulf and the swimming pool
The comfortable and spacious bright living area opens with a large window overlooking the patio which leads to a wonderful private garden that offers a relaxation area with dining table and a sitting area facing the sea.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed located in the living room. It is possible to request a baby cot, adjacent to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower.
Up to 2 cars can be comfortably parked in the villa's outdoor area.
The villa has a washing machine, sink and everything needed for cleaning.
