"Moderne neue Villa in ruhiger Lage mit Pool und Aussicht "
Architektur, Garten, Ruhe und Top Aussicht auf Berge, Meer und grüne Landschaftlicher Ebene. Die zwei Zimmer sind mit neuer moderner Ausstattung und Klimaanlage. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und man kann bestens kochen und die Aussicht dank grossen Fenster geniessen. Es gibt ein sehr grosszügiger gemeinschaftlicher Pool mit einem sehr höflichen Bademeister der mehrere Sprachen spricht. Der Garten ist sehr schön gepflegt.

Fantastic area around with wild mountains and calm sea and lightly windy evenings was what we liked the most and off course the swimming pool and villa Laurum itself was the best solution to spend the week in Sicily Marek with the family

"Eccellente"
ell'appartamento in bifamiliare di recente realizzazione, con terrazzo, giardino privato e piacevole vista mare. La posizione è ottima per visitare la riserva dello Zingaro, Palermo e il Trapanese. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno omaggiato di ottimi dolci e di una bottiglia di vino locale. Nel complesso residenziale ov'è ubicata la bifamiliare si trova un'ampia piscina che di notte rende ancor più suggestiva la vista dal terrazzo, cambiando continuamente colore.

"Superbes vacances endroit magnifique !!! "
Nous avons aimé tout, s’était des superbe vacances la maison, piscine tout est nouveau très propre très fonctionnelle et moderne de plus notre hôte Gaspare Ficara nous a accueilli chaleureusement il nous a conseillé pour certaines plages etc. Nous étions quatre deux adultes et deux enfants s’étant des vacances inoubliables très calme avec une vue magnifique !!!

Lovely villa, very modern, with everything you need provided. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea. Car essential for trips to beach, supermarket etc. Highly recommended.

"Piscina a sfioro vista mare "
Appartamento nuovissimo arredato in maniera moderna e funzionale. Pulito ampio ed accogliente. Possibilità di mangiare all aperto con vista sulla piscina a sfioro e il mare sullo sfondo. A 15 minuti di auto da Castellammare , scopello, riserva dello zingaro. Gerardo host squisito ci ha accolto puntuale con una bottiglia di vino fresco. L appartamento ha tutto lenzuola asciugamani tovagliato stoviglie nuove pentole e accessori per la cucina non mancava davvero nulla. La dispensa conteneva pasta pomodoro tonno e tutto ciò che serve se si arriva impreparati.

"Eccezionale "
Ottima location in un posto magnifico, silenzio assoluto, un panorama sulle montagne e sul mare mozzafiato! La casa è dotata di ogni comfort (come stare a casa propria), perfetta anche per chi ha bambini. In 5 minuti di macchina si è in centro a Castellammare del Golfo (fantastico!). Gaspare, il proprietario, è una persona attenta (ci ha fatto trovare dei dolcetti squisiti), disponibile e sempre reperibile! Il barbecue è una grande comodità perché abbiamo cenato con pesce fresco ogni sera! Il posto è talmente bello che non si ha nemmeno voglia di uscire a cena!! Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente :)

"Fantastico soggiorno. Da ripetere! "
L'alloggio è nuovo, pulito e dotato di vari comfort (aria condizionata in ogni stanza, lavatrice, posate, forno a microonde, macchinetta per il caffè). Ottima anche la posizione: lontana dal traffico e dai rumori della città e a qualche km di distanza da Scopello, del centro di Castellammare, dalla Riserva dello Zingaro, oltre che dalle rinomate spiagge della zona come Alcamo Marina e la Baia di Guidaloca.

ardzo mily i komukatywny host. Dom bardzo czysty z pięknym widokiem w spokojnej okolicy idealny do odpoczynku . Ocena jak właściciela i apartamentu bardzo wysoka .
